Design Concept
The theme-based course clusters are designed to integrate courses around common themes, creating a learning environment driven by the need to solve real-world industry or societal problems. This approach enables students to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills by tackling practical issues, sparking their interest and passion for their chosen field of study. By connecting theoretical knowledge with practical applications, students are encouraged to synthesize and apply what they have learned during their academic journey.
This program is student-centered, combining theoretical learning with experiential education. Upon completing courses in tourism and hospitality English, accommodation management, and food and beverage management, students will gain a solid linguistic and conceptual foundation in hotel operations and management. They will also develop the ability to communicate effectively in English with professionals in the hospitality and food service industries.
